Payment is required upfront to begin your order.
You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and behind-the-scenes videos from our atelier, usually via WhatsApp. If you prefer another communication method, you can let us know.
You can select cotton or linen when placing your order. If you have a specific preference regarding the flow or the feel of the fabric, please let us know in your order notes or by contacting us.
Typically 1-2 weeks, depending on design details. Made-to-Measure pieces are shipped directly from Pakistan so transit times especially for the United States (2-3 weeks) are longer than for ready-to-wear pieces.
Small adjustments are possible before the production is complete. Major changes may affect cost or timing. Please share all your needs during as early as possible, to make sure we can accommodate them.
